I'm wondering if the API works with streaming audio?

Wondering if its possible to run a streaming video from streaming audio using the API. I have a chatgpt program that is outputing a script which translated by elevenlanbs, then streamed by Radio Mast which has several audio output options. Wondering if this is possible, or only progenerated audio for the time being?
