Can we generate Clips videos using our own uploaded images?

I have two questions regarding generating Clips videos using the API: 1) Can we use our own uploaded images? 2) Can we use our own uploaded audio to generate Clips videos with the same phonetic sound? How to write the API interface for this? I've purchased the Pro version.
