How to have fluid dialogue with body movements during pauses between dialogues?

How to generate a video stream from text dialogue in a fluid way, with body movements in the intervals between dialogues instead of freezing on the last frame? Is there any supporting parameter from the official API for this because I couldn't find it? I also couldn't find any relevant implementation in the official examples.
