Unable to download ??

after getting the result_url from GET_TALK api call, attempting to download it i get cors error from amazon..

are we not intended to be able to access these files programmatically??? if so then what is the point of the API???

have posted many messages, will definitely be cancelling this subscription if I don't hear back from anyone.
