Recently I made a basic plan to test your product and I was misled. When contracting the lowest plan, I was charged the annual plan and they charged me 60 dollars. But the biggest problem is that they deducted R$303.32 reais for a plan that is annual and I only created 6 videos and I already have no credit to create new content. What is this deceptive annual plan, in which you pay an exorbitant amount to be able to create 6 videos of 5 seconds?? I demand answers, because I am feeling aggrieved. I'm already thinking about going to court because this is a coup for me. I await an opinion from the COMPANY.
