Can we change the background colour or image of AI talking

I would like to change background image would be possible please, as I have to make an talking kiosk/stand where kids will ask question and AI will reply general questions.

Also can you please confirm about the Urdu language, currently its displaying only in text not voice, can you please help me to work with Urdu voice. We are making a setup for school kids and roller area of kids to check AI technology. About how AI works and D-ID company have made very awesome and fantastic live voice talking with human.
