Trying to use custom driver video and get the error "user has no permission for custom scene"

Hi,

I currently am on the "build" plan and am trying to use a custom driver video to generate an animation with the API. I get this 403 error:

I bought the plan with the intention of using it for this purpose and nowhere on the price matrix did it specify that I wouldn't be able to use custom driver videos. Can you please enable the driver permission for my account or refund me?
