Upgrading of my plan

I purchased a basic plan two three days ago. I have left with only 2 credits now, as it seems I have used all the credits. Actually, there were some corrections in the script which I corrected and again generated the video. I did't know that this will cut off my credits. But, it happened and now I am with only 2 credits. when I tried to create a new video today, it asked me to upgrade my plan. So, I tried to upgrade. But now it asked me to speak to the support team. So, I am here. Kindly advice.
