Hi, signed up for the Launch level with Gold Service support but haven't received any replies so thought I'd try here. Getting a 500 server error. Here's the error message from my dev:

POST:https://api.d-id.com/talks/streams, I am getting 500 error.

You can see the non-functional page at https://didsantachatter-web.azurewebsites.net/ Clicking on the "Connect" icon no longer activates D-ID. It was working fine before but suddenly quit ~a week ago.
