Studio plan and Api plan

Hello, I want to use both studio and api products.

Do I need to pay for both a studio 'pro plan' and an API 'launch plan' to enjoy all the benefits offered?

Or If I use both, do I have both credits? (ex. Pro = 100 credit + Launch = 180 credit => 280 credit)

Or If I pay studio 'Pro plan', Can I use that benefit when I use API ?
