Video generating time in regards to upgraded paid plan for api

Currently using API free trial but I am interested in upgrading to a paid plan. My use case is i am creating a self avatar using gpt 4 turbo, elevenlabs in which i have cloned my voice. Then using the audio url and image to parse into DI-D api to generate a video for the response. I am currently toying with clips as my application is a chat format. I am wondering if I upgrade the api plan will I see faster results in video generating?

My goal is to have the response generate as fast as possible. Also I noticed the api has elevenlabs support but does that count for cloned voices? If it does that may help my issue of needing faster responses from the api's.
