i have been charged twice for nothing!!

hello,

I subscribed to your free trial of the Lite plan on my phone with your app but then when I opened your website on PC I found that I'm still on the Lite plan so I subscribed again then I got a mail from you yesterday that my free trial of lite plan on play store will end and I will be charged again so I unsubscribed from it then I found that it has canceled my subscription on my whole account and I lost subscription from my pc too!!!
what should I do?
