All my credits just vanished

I auto-paid for another month of Launch on Sat. Nov 18th (i.e. a week ago). There were well over 160 credits left a few days (we're still in testing & development mode). When I checked today, it said I had zero credits left. What is going on? Note that I grabbed the Black Friday deal and bought more credits (200) so that we could keep working.
