I am writing to you as the head of Mushjanna, a company focusing on developing engaging and educational multimedia content for school-age children and preschoolers. Currently, we utilize your services at D-ID to create our character animations.

Firstly, I would like to commend you on your exceptional service, which has been instrumental in bringing our characters to life. However, we have encountered a specific issue that we hope your team can assist us with. Our animated characters need to be adjusted as to allow for a wider angle, giving a perception that goes beyond the "talking head" phenomenon we are presently experiencing. Our aim is to achieve a more natural and realistic animation, especially during lip-syncing scenes.
