Hi guys,

I'm writing to you because I don't know where else to turn.

My name is Andrew. On the D-ID platform I have 12 credit left, and when I upgraded twice at a cost of $56 plus, it's still showing 12 credit, and this makes it difficult for me to create my video.

Can you do something about this, or direct me to somebody that can resolve this issue.

I have the screenshot and receipt to show you if you want.
