Immediate Assistance Required: "Plan Not Found" Error During Subscription Purchase

I am writing to urgently request your assistance with an issue I've encountered while trying to purchase the Lite Plan for personal use on your platform. Despite multiple attempts, I consistently receive a "Plan Not Found" error message on my screen.

This issue is particularly pressing as I require the subscription as soon as possible for my immediate needs. I have tried to complete the purchase numerous times on both my laptop and phone. In efforts to resolve the issue, I have reloaded the pages multiple times, restarted my search engine, and even rebooted my devices, but the error persists.
