is it possible to have faces that laugh or scream ?

I use D-iD in a creative way. I'm a video artist.

I often upload faces that laugh or are frightened, or are sad,... And D-iD always "blur" the expressions of the faces that I upload. Is there a way to give more "life" to the faces ?
