Hello, I just finished creating my video content and clicked on "Generate Video". I got an error message saying "Failed to generate video: validation failed. What does this mean?

I refreshed my browser several times. Logged out and back in again. I can't get this to generate.

Please look into this issue as soon as possible. This is a critical marketing piece for me.

It says that I've used 9 credits. Please correct the issue and restore my nine credits.
