I'm making an idle animation using https://api.d-id.com/animations.

But there is a problem: if I don't define

Go with the video you get. Cut out my picture and zoom in to just my face. But I want a video that has the size of my image the same, that is, head to chest. But I try to put in any amount of face value, but it doesn't work. The animation doesn't always capture the face properly.
