Flickering of avatar live video feeds when changing from steady to stream talk

for the virtual avatar chatbot,there is flickering of video when changing the state from steady video to live video feed , can you provide the example how can i acheive the smooth transition
I have taken the reference from this repo https://github.com/de-id/live-streaming-demo but it has the same issue.
can you please help out?
