Is it possible to generate clips of the presenter thinking or nodding?

Hi there.

I see from the documentation that it's possible to generate a silent clip of an avatar, and one can adjust a few facial expressions, however is there an option to create a silent clip where the presenter is thinking (maybe looking to the side) or representing active listening (such as nodding)?
