When is your Agent product really going to be ready so I can stop wasting time and credits to only get a failure to create

I have been trying to use create Agent for several week now and I still get the same result which is can't create Agent Now even though it let's me do all the steps up to creating the agent including charging me 2 credits...I real question is will I ever be able to create an agent and should I just give up on it and do something else?
