Watermarks on full video although I upgraded

Hello,

How do I get a copy of my video without the full page watermark? I have purchased an upgrade so I would not have the watermark and lost 8 credits to get the same fully water-marked video. I would like a copy to replace it without the watermarks or a refund for the credit.
