DID streaming in MERN Stack

I have a project in MERN stack, now I am wishing to add did avatar talk streaming in my application using socket.io. But I am unable to do so due less references. Please guide me how can I actually do this using my Node js backend and react frontend. Please suggest which all npm packages to be used to create a connection and start streaming.
