Animation Drivers

Is it possible to create a "Live Portrait"/"Animation" (I wish you would stick to 1 naming convention) using my own video driver?
The documentation says I should provide the URL as "driver_url", however only the predefined drivers from the bank seem to work...
When providing an MP4 file, I get error 403 Forbidden.
