Video is not processing or return 500 code

Hello,

I am experiencing problems with generating clips; after receiving the id of the clip and trying to get the video, the 500 status is returned. Twice before, a short text like “Hi, how are you” was not generated after 4 hours of waiting, when usually such clips are generated in 10-20 seconds.
