advanced plan and no permission for custom driver ?

Hi we have the advanced plan and we should be able to use our own videos? This is what is presented on your webiste on the animation examples. We tested with our own driver video url to generate a animation with a photo. and got an "user has no permission for custom driver"

Now we are confused as if there are other types of plan ? please send us a solution as we bought our plan to use this specific tool of DID for using our own videos?!
