I have created a couple of interactive agents with the free basic plan, and I can see them both on PC and Android. Unfortunately, when I share the link, on another user's devices (including iOS), the avatar loads, allows for questioning with prompts or voice, but the agent remains still without speaking, even though its textual response is displayed. Could you please explain if there is an issue with this? I thought that a user without your account might not have access to this functionality. Is that correct?
