createtalk + mov format

Hello,

I would like to know why result_format - "mov" doesn't work at all when I try to create talk with "createtalk"?

I have no problems with "mp4", however "mov" gives me:

            [kind] => UnknownError
        )

    [started_at] => 2024-03-27T22:17:05.702
    [pending_url] => s3://d-id-talks-prod/google-oauth2

I've tried many times with source "jpg" and "png" but I just keep getting the same error over and over again. And no, this is not in progress because I've checked after 6 hours and it still says "pending"....

Any help?
