API delivers wrong languages for Elevenlabs voices

The voices endpoint https://api.d-id.com/tts/voices returns every Elevenlabs voice for all 28 languages, e.g. "Rachel" occurs 28 times, with the same ID, but with a different locale. Same goes for any other voice.

Since we filter out voices by locale, this leads to unwanted results, as a voice like "Rachel" is actually trained for English, not for other languages.
