Why has the D-ID studio changed so much (for the worse) overnight?

My previous videos have disappeared. Why?
After I create a presenter I used to be able to choose movements -- I can't do that anymore. Why?
I used to be able to select "fit". Now I can't. Why?
I have wo choices -- vertical or square. I want vertical, but when I choose it, my presenter's head is cut off so I can't make the video. How can I fix this?
How do I get back to the video-making system that was available to me yesterday. The new, simplified system simply doesn't work at all.
