I paid, then received an email with an invoice, but I still have zero credits?

(sorry for my english, cause i m french)

Good morning.

I'm out of credits, I've used up everything with my development tests.

I clicked on upgrade, then API, then 360 plan (previously I was in 180 plan)

I paid, then received an email with an invoice, but I still have zero credits?

Was I wrong?
Isn't that clear to me?
