The new editor is a horror. It works badly. I have had to generate the same video four times, losing credits. Because the generated video comes out randomly off-center. It doesn't matter if you check the checkbox to center the avatar or not. It fails randomly. My experience with the new editor is very bad, can you tell me who I can talk to to fix this error?

The failures in the generation of the videos are costing me additional credits.
