internal server error (issues with audio)

Hi, we are getting the following error for some audio files that we try to upload via API:

D-ID API
POST is returning an in ternal server error

RangeError [ERR_HTTP_INVALID_STATUS_CODE]: Invalid status code: undefined
at new NodeError (node:internal/errors:387:5)
at ServerResponse.writeHead (node:http_server:314:11)
at ServerResponse._implicitHeader (node:_http_server:305:8)
at write (node:_http_outgoing:867:9) ...
