May i ask for a credit refund on the above? I dragged my presenter photo into the system and it generated a video that i cant use without any notice for me to change the photo... at least it could list out the criteria or show a preview so that i can choose better photos to fit in before generating the whole video? im really upset that it made me waste 4 credits... any chance you could improve to avoid this kind of issue going forward? Really enjoy your service but kindly reflect an issue here. Thanks very much. Appreciate your feedback.
