Issue with General Responses After Linking Documents to Knowledge Sources in Agent

Hello,

Regarding the "Agent," since linking "Document" to "Knowledge sources," we can no longer obtain general responses.

The "llm" "template" is set to "rag-ungrounded." Why might this be happening?
