Pricing is strange

So let me get this straight as I am looking into this platform for a client.

If I needed to use 1,680 minutes a month (84 employees at 20 minutes a piece) that would be 6,720 credits (minutes x 4 as each credit is 15 seconds of video)

So on the scale plan monthly for $297 dollars you get 1200 credits. Correct?

So that means I would need to purchase that plan 6 times to cover my cost or $1,782 per month.

Pretty sure the math is right.

So my question is would the agent pricing look something like this.

30 question & answer conversation for each employee

5 free answers so 25 session answers would be used to complete the conversation.

This would mean 26 agent session credits were used in total for the conversation.

84 x 26 = 2184 agent session credits would be needed.

With the current promotion you get 1,747 agent session credits which would mean. We would need 2 plan purchases for a total of $594

The pricing is very confusing and if I am wrong on the math could you please clarify it.
