Note: I'm not referring to the AI vimeo embedded into my website. I'm referring to the AI Agent (the conversational agent) embedded into my site. It's loading on desktop but not mobile.
So, this question has not been answered and I'm posting it again (see below).

D-iD Agent not working on Mobile. When will mobile version be avalailable?

Hello, when I installed the D-iD agent embed code into my mobile responsive website, the agent is visible and functions properly. However, it's not visible and does not function properly at all on Mobile. Previous posts here indicate that the D-iD agent is not yet compatible on mobile. When will D-iD be compatible on mobile? Thank you
