watermark across full video

Hi, I upgraded to the pro plan but my videos are still hving the watermark acros sthe full video.
Also the video is cropped into a square form and not the same as if I use studio vs the api. can you explain me what's going on. Also, how can I find the ai creators ID or do I just use it's thumbnail file for the api call?
