subtitle url not always present in the response

Hello,

When sending requests via the API and setting the subtitles parameter to True, the subtitles_url field is not present in the response. On the other side, when it is set to False , the subtitles_url parameter is present in the response body. This behaviour seems a bit awkward, what is the explanation behind this ?
