Can't play streaming video Chatbot on iPhone or Android

My Alpha the Astral Pilot Chatbot works only in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers on PC. Not in Mozilla Firefox. Also, it doesn't work in any Android or iPhone browsers. I currently run on a VPS with an Nginx server.
I installed it on the page with a short code of [aiomatic-chat-form assistant_id="15917"] to use on my website's home page. I use Aiomatic software.
I obviously don't want visitors missing out on him when I officially open for business. Does anybody know how to correct this problem I'm having?
