how to create on line video file (avatar) using audio file

Hi ,

i am D-ID user , and use ElaevenLabs as voice provider.

how i can do this:

send a text and get voice,

and i like to make some manipulation on the voice

and send the voice to create video stream.

currently my code send a text and get a video stream , but i need to make some DSP adjusting like pitch and Ex (notch ) on the voice.
