Video rendering seems stuck.

I have uploaded an image and an audio file. The total length is only 19 seconds I believe. The rendering started and I was given a time estimate of 19 minutes. It's been over an hour and it is still spinning and still showing 19 minutes. How long do I let this sit here? The rendering cost 1 credit. What happens if it never produces the video?
