Moving To The Next Level

I am a telecom engineer for a large telecommunication company. I am trying to bring them up to speed using agents for referencing very technical information. I am using this agent to introduce the concept of agents and how they can be used. I have created this agent:

There is a lot of work that needs to be done to be able to direct the agent to give the specific information I request. It also has some limitiations on identifying subsections of a chapter. I would like to work with D-ID on building a more functional agent experience. I currently have the CEO and other executives playing with this agent as a first conact experience. I know that once they get their head wrapped around the concept and start thinking about it they will be blown away by it.

I am trying to get them to realize that they could have an entire team of agensts and each agent has the persona of the actual employee that works in that department with their actual voice. A feature that I think is critical for integration is to allow agents that are trained on specific content to be able to ask the other agents if they have relevant inforamtion about a users request. For example:

User 1 interracts with Agent HR- Payroll to ask questions releated to payroll. During the interraction the user requests information regarding vacation time. Since vacation time is Agent -Vacation Time, Agent HR-Payroll would not be able to answer the question. But, if Agent HR-Payroll had the ability to query the other agents behind the scene, then Agent Vacation Time could be introduced by Agent HR-Payroll and Agent Vactaion Time would appear and respond to that part of the question. This type of team response to any question could make the experience very dynamic and seemless. A user would not have to try to guess which agent is the correct agent to ask in order to get the correct answer. This is the type of use I see for agents in a business process.

If you could work on my agent linked above to be able to recognize subsections of a chapter it would make it more valuable. For example. If you ask for the agent to to give you information in Chapter 9.3 subsection R9-8 the agent will not be able to give you that information even though it is in its training library. If you ask: what does Chapter 9 section R9-8 tell me? it will not be able to respond though it should be able to tell you:

In closing it would be a great partnership for us to work togetherr so that we can find a fantastic niche for AI Agents with real business use cases.
