Background missing?

I am seeing an issue where my videos are not being generated with the background I pick. It displays the background in the preview "video selection" screen, but when you play it (or download it), the background is black. I have used the background image and avatar several times successfully until recently. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a bug with backgrounds?
