Error with generation

Hello D-ID Team,
I recently purchased 60 credits (Pro plan), but I am currently unable to use them in our app. I keep encountering the following error: {“Message”:“User is not authorized to access this resource with an explicit deny”}.
Could you please help me understand why I am experiencing this issue and how it can be resolved?
I also wrote to you in the form of a support request, but didn't receive a response.
