Dear Sir,
I subscribed to your excellent program on September 13, 2023, for a full year, paying $90. However, due to certain personal circumstances, I have not been able to use it over the past few months.
I fully understand that this is not your responsibility, and it was just a matter of unfortunate timing on my part. Nonetheless, I hope you might be kind enough to compensate me for the time I was unable to use your program by extending my subscription for an equivalent period, that is, an additional nine months, without any additional cost. Alternatively, I am open to any other arrangement you consider appropriate.
I am confident that my request will be received favorably, as I am a customer who wishes to benefit from your excellent program and hopes to continue with you always.
