Refund request for unused months

Hi, I am writing to request a refund for the payment made for the program in August. I did not log into the program during this month, and since the payment was processed automatically, I did not realize it had gone through until after the fact.

I have greatly enjoyed using the program and found it very beneficial for my school project. Although I do plan to use it again in the future, I currently do not need the service and would appreciate a refund for the unused month of August. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
