I get a network error: Could no connect to speech service

Hello: I recently had a payment problem that was resolved by changing my credit card.

However, when I log in and animate an avatar with a voice, I get the message mentioned here.

I have tried changing browsers and even used VPN, but I still get this limitation.

Please, can someone help me? I need to solve this problem urgently. I have several videos to produce.
