Has anyone gotten a refund?

I forgot to cancel my subscription, so my payment was made on 8/12. I immediately sent an email to the person in charge on the same day to request a refund, and the person in charge said that they would cancel it. Then, they sent me an email that the cancellation was made and that a refund was made. However, the refund was not made, and my paid account was still the same. So I emailed them again. Then, they sent me an email saying that they were sorry and said the following:
"Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We apologize for any confusion caused. We have forwarded your refund request to our finance team. I will keep you posted on the update as soon as possible."

But they still haven't cancelled or refunded me. Is there a chance that I will get a refund? It's been about 10 days since I requested a refund, so I think it's highly unlikely. It feels like d-id is a scam company to me. Has anyone really gotten a refund? You guys should be careful.
